At Vibe-Tech, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains your rights under our 12-month limited warranty, in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

This policy applies to all eligible electronic products purchased directly from www.vibe-tech.co.uk, operated by Datacom Vehicle Power Control Systems Ltd (Company No. 9739373, VAT No. 235 5338 10).

1. What This Warranty Covers

We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturer faults and material defects for:

  • Wireless earbuds and charging cases

  • Accessories supplied with the product (e.g. charging cables)

If your product is found to be defective under normal use during the warranty period, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (if a suitable replacement is unavailable)

2. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repairs

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g. scratches, dents)

  • Faults caused by failure to follow product instructions

  • Loss or theft of the product

  • Damage caused by third-party accessories or chargers

  • Opened or used in-ear earbuds returned for non-fault reasons

3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please email support@vibe-tech.co.uk with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence of the fault (if possible)

Step 2: Evaluation

We’ll review your claim and may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If your claim is approved, we will confirm whether we will issue:

  • A replacement product (like for like), or

  • A refund to your original payment method

4. Return Costs

  • If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the item is not faulty, or was damaged by misuse, you may be responsible for return costs and the item may be sent back to you without replacement.

5. Replacement Terms

  • Replacement items are subject to stock availability

  • Replacements do not extend the original warranty period

  • We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent or greater value if the original is discontinued

6. Your Legal Rights

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to:

  • A full refund for faulty goods reported within 30 days

  • A repair or replacement within 6 months

  • Protection for up to 6 years against faulty goods (in certain cases)

6. WEEE Recycling & Environmental Information

As a seller of electrical and electronic equipment, Vibe-Tech is committed to meeting its obligations under the UK Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013.

All Vibe-Tech products are marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol, which means they should not be disposed of with regular household waste.

You can dispose of your old or unwanted electronic items in the following ways:

  • Take them to your local WEEE recycling centre

  • Return your old item to us free of charge when purchasing a like-for-like replacement from our website
