This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made on www.vibe-tech.co.uk, operated by Datacom Vehicle Power Control Systems Ltd (trading as Vibe-Tech), a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 9739373, VAT No. 235 5338 10).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how to return items and request a refund, in line with your statutory rights.
1. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused and in their original packaging
In-ear headphones/earbuds can only be returned if sealed (due to hygiene reasons), unless faulty
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
To cancel your order, please email support@vibe-tech.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. Returning a Faulty Item
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided the issue is reported:
Within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund
Within 6 months for a repair or replacement
Within 12 months under our warranty policy
We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
3. How to Return an Item
Please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@vibe-tech.co.uk with your:
Name and order number
Description of the item and reason for return
Whether you’d like a refund, repair, or replacement
We’ll confirm your return eligibility and provide return instructions
Send your item to the return address provided (with tracking if possible)
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
We will notify you of approval or rejection
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days
Refunds will be made to the original payment method
Shipping fees (if applicable) are only refunded if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We are unable to accept returns of:
Opened or used in-ear headphones/earbuds (unless faulty)
Gift cards
Items returned outside of the return window without prior authorisation
6. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like a replacement for a faulty product, contact support@vibe-tech.co.uk.
7. Warranty Coverage
